Upsells & Add-Ons let you offer optional extras customers can select during checkout.
Common examples include:
Infant Car Seat
Child Car Seat
Bottled Water
Meet & Greet
Extra Luggage Handling
Unaccompanied Minor Handling
Premium Airport Pickup
Upsells are useful when you want to increase booking value while giving customers optional choices.
How Upsells Work
Each upsell has:
Upsell Name
Type
Amount
Display at Checkout
If the upsell is visible at checkout, customers can select it before payment.
If the upsell is hidden, it stays saved in the admin but does not appear to customers.
Upsell Name
The Upsell Name is what the customer sees at checkout.
Good examples:
Infant Car Seat
Child Booster Seat
Premium Meet & Greet
Bottled Water
Extra Luggage Assistance
Avoid unclear names:
Option 1
Extra
Fee
Service
Use names that clearly explain what the customer is buying.
Type
The Type controls how the upsell is charged.
Available types:
Fixed
Percentage
Fixed Upsell
A fixed upsell adds a flat dollar amount.
Example:
Name: Infant Car Seat
Type: Fixed
Amount: 15
Effect:
Adds $15 when selected.
Percentage Upsell
A percentage upsell adds a percentage of the base fare.
Example:
Name: Unaccompanied Minor Handling
Type: Percentage
Amount: 10
Effect:
Adds 10% when selected.
The exact base may depend on your LimoSuite pricing logic.
Amount
The Amount field accepts a number only.
Do not enter dollar signs or percent signs.
Correct:
5
15
25
10
Incorrect:
$15
10%
$25.00
For fixed upsells:
15 = $15
For percentage upsells:
10 = 10%
Display at Checkout
The Display at Checkout option controls whether customers can see and select the upsell.
If enabled:
The upsell appears during checkout.
If disabled:
The upsell stays saved but is hidden from customers.
This is useful when you want to prepare upsells in advance but not show them yet.

Best Practices
Keep upsell names simple and clear.
Good:
Infant Car Seat
Booster Seat
Meet & Greet
Bottled Water
Avoid:
Option A
Extra Thing
Misc Fee
Use fixed pricing for simple add-ons.
Examples:
Car Seat: $15
Bottled Water: $5
Meet & Greet: $25
Use percentage pricing only when the cost should scale with the trip total.
Examples:
Special Handling: 10%
Premium Service: 15%
